General Terms

    All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) inclusive of 5% VAT.

    The duration of the class or session is 60 minutes unless otherwise informed.

  • ●

    A no-shows will be deducted from your package or balance unless the booking is cancelled or rescheduled within the permitted timeframe.

  • ●

    Yes, you can suspend your class package once for a maximum of 30 days.

  • ●

    You can “Freeze” your package (5 Days prior to the freeze start date) via a written request online or via email to info@elanmembers.com In all cases, the Management has the right to ask for supporting documentation.

    All payments, once processed, are non-refundable beside in special circumstances (e.g. if you move away…).

  • ●

    Special events, like courses and workshops, are not included in packages or memberships.

  • ●

    Special events are not refundable but are transferable to another person. You are responsible for finding someone to replace you.

  • ●

    The Management reserves the right to periodically review their prices, charges, and fees and implement these accordingly.

Online Services Terms of Use

Account creation
You warrant that:

  Your Personal Data which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects; and

  You will notify us immediately of any changes to the Personal Data by updating these details on your online account.

You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorized to use.

Pricing

The information displayed on the website related to pricing and service availability is subject to change by Elan Members without notice.

Online bookings

  Pre-booked classes must be paid for in advance.

• ●

  We require that you sign into classes a minimum of 5 minutes prior to the class start time. If you are late of 15 min, your class will not be credited or refunded.

Payment

If the Online booking is paid by debit or with credit card, you authorize Elan Members to debit the card provided by you without notice to you.

Refund Policy

In case there is no reason for the cancelation from our end, we do not offer a by default refund to payment method for services booked, rather, we offer account credit under reasonable conditions only and subject to management approval.
